However, after a short conversation with the owners, I felt very comfortable and I have just taken receipt of my genuine Suntour NCX seat post suspension. Great place, great people, great service, great prices.After setting an appointment online (super convenient), I dropped by the shop because my 10-year-old shock was busted. They offered me options, including a lower cost one that was appropriate for an older second bike. They installed it in ~30 min, while I was waiting and I was on my way for a great day of riding. I later realized I needed a quick release. They shipped it the same day I emailed my request. Later, the part broke and they handled the warranty replacement via email very smoothly.

I called for advice on a suspension conversion on one of my bikes!
